Getting started
Install EverythingBox and open your first file.
Install it
Pick your platform on the download page.

Windows — unzip anywhere and run the application inside. There is no installer; the folder is the application.

macOS — the build is unsigned, so the first launch needs a right-click on the app and Open rather than a double-click. After that it opens normally.

Linux — mark the AppImage executable and run it:
chmod +x ./EverythingBox-*.AppImage ./EverythingBox-*.AppImage -
Android and Android TV — sideload the APK. It is not distributed through Google Play, because the app downloads emulator cores at runtime and Play’s policy does not allow that.

iOS and iPadOS — the build is unsigned. Sideload it with AltStore or Sideloadly, which re-sign it with your own Apple ID.
Open something
Everything is reachable from the home screen. Open a video, an audio file, a game or a document, and the right view takes over — the same application, not a separate player.
